Meet the Team

Pastors & Staff

Todd & Angela St. Germain

Lead Pastor

Todd was born in Bellevue and raised in Kirkland. He has served as a pastoral leader and in leadership development for the last 25 years in New York, Virginia, and Washington State. He is passionate about people and their journeys and desires to see the church activated towards personal surrender, missional outreach, and experience the fullness of all God has designed for it. Todd believes wholeheartedly that an encounter with Jesus changes everything.

Todd and Angela have three daughters and one grandson, their greatest joy and triumph. Angela was born and raised in upstate New York, loves Jesus, and ministers to people inside and outside the church. When Todd has free time, he likes to catch up on reading, people-watching, and enjoying the outdoors.

Todd would enjoy the chance to connect further.

AAron cato

Executive Pastor

After being called out of a 20 year career in “the corporate world,” Aaron has been serving in outreach ministry and ministering for 15 years within the community at Woodinville Alliance. Aaron, his wife and 2 daughters, are grateful for the ways that Jesus continues to reveal Himself to them. He is convinced that identity, healing, authenticity, and purpose result when people experience the goodness of God for themselves. He'd love to hear more about your story!

Keri foley

Family & Equipping Pastor

After years of teaching and pastoring in the Seattle area, Keri joined the staff at WAChurch to lead ministry to children, youth and families.  She, her husband Tim, and their 3 girls have had the privilege of seeing God at work around the world, but have found depth of friendship and a fresh encounter with Holy Spirit as a part of what He is doing in this community.  She believes there is no greater investment than in the faith of the next generation, and desires to equip ALL ages to move as 'ministers of reconciliation' (2 Corinthians 5). Her love language involves exploring outdoors, river-gazing, deep questions and diet coke. She'd love to get to know you!

Worship Pastor

Kiernan loves and grew up in the Seattle Area. Her favorite things to do involve wandering around the city to find the best coffee and coolest spots. She has sung for as long as she can remember and has been leading worship for most of her life. Graduating from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Social Justice; Peace, Mediation and Conflict Resolution, she has a heart for justice and connecting to the world through art, music, and peacemaking. There's nothing she'd love more than to grab a [good] cup of coffee and hear about your life!

Young Adults Pastor

After high school Mackenzie did his discipleship training school in Scotland, with Youth With A Mission. He spent the next four years going on outreach trips, staffing bible schools and doing discipleship in Scotland. He and his wife Madi have been married for 2 years. They moved to Washington to be with family and to take a sabbatical from full time missions. He loves making food with friends, board games (very competitive), and listening to audio books. Mackenzie gets very passionate when talking or teaching about the Bible (No- really he is like a Wikipedia for Scripture)!

If you want to know more about Mackenzie grab a matcha with him.

alex worthington

Youth Pastor

Alex is a Washington native, Woodinville high school grad, and lover of the Pacific Northwest. After feeling called to ministry as a sophomore in college, Alex transferred to BIOLA University where he studied Biblical and Theological Studies. He has been serving as a Youth Pastor at Woodinville Alliance Church for a little over two years where he leads the youth ministry with Alissa Sandoval, assists in the Young Adult ministry, and occasionally preaches on Sundays. Alex loves to hike, bike, swim, and anything else that is active or outdoors. If you want to hear more of his story, grab a coffee with him!

Alissa sandoval

Youth Ministry & Media

Alissa graduated from BIOLA University and then lived in Haiti for a time. While there, she felt called to the Seattle Area, so she went. After spending time with organizations like Samaritan's Purse and World Vision, she leaned in to a call towards full-time ministry. In addition to having her hands in all things media related at WAChurch, you can find her making Tik Toks & snapping BeReals with middle school students. She has helped lead the Youth Ministry at Woodinville Alliance for almost 4 years; Wednesday night Youth Group is the highlight of her week. After work she enjoys bouldering and hiking whenever she gets the chance. She'd love to get to know you more; grab a coffee with her!

Jeanne Buchler

Office Manager

Jeanne Buchler was born in San Pedro, CA, but grew up in Kirkland, WA. Jeanne has warm memories of learning to sail on Lake Washington as a youth. Jeanne graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle and spent over twenty-two years in creative direction among Seattle’s top marketing and advertising firms and in-house agencies before uprooting and moving to Charlotte, NC where she eventually met and married her husband, Christian.

Jeanne and Christian have one daughter, Viviana, and two dogs named Gus and Daisy. Jeanne’s family is her heart and soul! In her free time, she enjoys a multitude of crafts and interior decorating, sipping a good strong cup of coffee, grooving to 70s and 80s hits, shopping Puget Sound Hobby Lobbies from Lynnwood to Mount Vernon, and collaborating with her husband over the dreams and plans they share for their modest 1940s home.  She would love to connect with you over coffee!

ken knuckey

Facilities Director

Ken first attended WAChurch after a friend invited him several years ago. When he walked through the front doors, he immediately knew this was his church family. He and his wife Val have been attending here since. While he holds the title of Facilities Manager, his other passions include singing and discipleship. Want to hear more about how God is moving in Ken's life? Grab coffee with him!
