Meet the Team

Pastors & Staff

Interim Lead Pastor

Mark Miller has joined Woodinville Alliance as our interim pastor, through the search process for a permanent lead pastor. Mark planted, and for twenty years grew and pastored a church in Issaquah. For the past seven years he has served in a series of interim roles. He recently completed a time as interim pastor for the Leavenworth Church of the Nazarene, freeing him up to join us just at our time of need. We see this as God's timing, and look forward to Mark's leadership of our body through the transition time that's ahead.

Mark and Bethlyn have four children and four grandchildren.  They currently live in Issaquah where Mark enjoys paragliding, target shooting, music and reading.  We are grateful for Mark's presence here at WA Church.

AAron cato

Executive Pastor

After being called out of a 20 year career in “the corporate world,” Aaron has been serving in outreach ministry and ministering for 15 years within the community at Woodinville Alliance. Aaron, his wife and 2 daughters, are grateful for the ways that Jesus continues to reveal Himself to them. He is convinced that identity, healing, authenticity, and purpose result when people experience the goodness of God for themselves. He'd love to hear more about your story!

Keri foley

Family Equipping Pastor

After years of teaching and pastoring in the Seattle area, Keri joined the staff at WAChurch to lead ministry to children, youth and families.  She, her husband Tim, and their 3 girls have had the privilege of seeing God at work around the world, but have found depth of friendship and a fresh encounter with Holy Spirit as a part of what He is doing in this community.  She believes there is no greater investment than in the faith of the next generation, and desires to equip ALL ages to move as 'ministers of reconciliation' (2 Corinthians 5). Her love language involves exploring outdoors, river-gazing, deep questions and diet coke. She'd love to get to know you!

Alissa sandoval

Youth Ministry Associate

Alissa graduated from BIOLA University and then lived in Haiti for a time. While there, she felt called to the Seattle Area, so she went. After spending time with organizations like Samaritan's Purse and World Vision, she felt called to full-time ministry. In addition to having her hands in all things media related at WAChurch, you can find her making Tik Toks with students and investing in the growth of our Middle Schoolers. After work she enjoys bouldering and hiking whenever she gets the chance. She'd love to get to know you more; grab coffee with her!

alex worthington

Youth Pastor

Alex is a Woodinville native and Woodinville High school grad. After feeling called to ministry as a sophomore in college, Alex transferred to BIOLA University where he studied Biblical and Theological Studies. He has been serving in a variety of different churches and ministries over the past five years and is so excited to have found his home at Woodinville Alliance Church leading the youth ministry. Alex loves to hike, bike, swim, and anything else that is active and outdoors. Want to hear more about Alex’s story, nab a cup of coffee with him!

Michael Louderback

Young Adults Pastor

Michael has a heart to see all generations, both inside and outside of the church, find and foster an authentic relationship with Jesus. He has many years of experience serving and leading in different areas of ministry including organizations like Youth for Christ. He has also lead several outreach and evangelism ministries, with the goal to see those who may never set foot in the church have the option to hear the Gospel and its message of hope! If you want to hear more about how God is moving in Michael’s life, send him an email or set up a time to grab coffee with him.

Kiernan foley

Worship Director

Kiernan loves and grew up in the Seattle Area. Her favorite things to do involve wandering around the city to find the best coffee and coolest spots. She has sung for as long as she can remember and has been leading worship for most of her life. Graduating from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Social Justice; Peace, Mediation and Conflict Resolution, she has a heart for justice and connecting to the world through art, music, and peacemaking. There's nothing she'd love more than to grab a [good] cup of coffee and hear about your life!

Ken first attended WAChurch after a friend invited him several years ago. When he walked through the front doors, he immediately knew this was his church family. He and his wife Val have been attending here since. While he holds the title of Facilities Manager, his other passions include singing and discipleship.
